Advancing Excellence in Women's Healthcare.

At OBGYN Peer, our mission is to advance excellence, accountability, and patient safety in women's healthcare through objective, evidence-based obstetric and gynecologic expertise. We support attorneys, healthcare organizations, medical staffs, peer review committees, risk management departments, and courts by providing independent analysis that promotes informed decision-making and a clear understanding of complex clinical issues.

We believe that meaningful quality improvement begins with honest, thorough evaluation. Whether reviewing a medical malpractice claim, supporting a hospital peer review process, conducting a quality assurance review, or assessing adherence to standards of care, our work is guided by a commitment to improving the care delivered to women and mothers. By identifying opportunities for improvement, recognizing exemplary care, and evaluating clinical decision-making through the lens of current evidence and accepted practice standards, we help healthcare organizations strengthen patient outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Through professional integrity, clinical expertise, and unbiased analysis, OBGYN Peer serves as a trusted resource at the intersection of medicine, quality assurance, peer review, and the legal system. Our goal is not only to provide clarity in individual cases, but also to contribute to safer, higher-quality obstetric and gynecologic care for the patients and communities we serve.

Clarity, Accuracy, Defensibility.

Every case begins with a comprehensive review of the available medical records. We analyze the timeline of events, identify critical clinical decision points, evaluate adherence to accepted standards of care, and provide clear explanations of the medical issues at the center of the case.

Our reports are written with efficiency and effectiveness in mind — clear, concise, and accessible to those outside the specialty. Dr. Malik is adept at communicating both in writing and in person using language that is easy to understand by attorneys, jurors, judges, and any specialty sitting on a peer review committee. Nuanced clinical topics are presented in a way that informs without overwhelming, equipping decision-makers with exactly what they need.
